Our winter 10K program is designed as 'foundation' level training (intermediate).  This is run or run/walk training.  There is an assumption that participants will have had some experience with this distance and will have been training regularly in the weeks leading up to the beginning of the program. 

Fee Option 1:  $125 training only
Fee Option 2:  $160 (indudes Cooper River Bridge Run race entry and VIP experience)
Coached Workouts:  Monday and Thursday Nights, 6PM
Additional Training:  Wednesday 6PM We Run Winston Run, and Saturday AM WRW runs
Program Duration: 8 weeks
Kickoff Meeting: 2/19/19
First Workout: 2/11/19
Goal Race: Cooper River Bridge Run, April 6, 2019
Longest Long Run: 6-8 miles
1st week mileage: 4 weekly runs total 12-16 miles
1st week longest run: 3-4 miles

VIP experience at Cooper River Bridge Run, exclusive for Fleet Feet Running Club participants:
- Fleet Feet only corral at start
- Fleet Feet only post-race party
