Stacie Battjes, Training Program Coach & Motivator
Stacie Battjes is the Director of Training Programs at Fleet Feet Sports, Winston-Salem. She leads training programs for adult athletes ranging from walkers to marathoners and including triathletes. She works with a team of coaches and volunteer mentors to coach 1500+ athletes to various goals throughout the year.
Stacie joined the Fleet Feet Sports Staff in October 2007 after moving to North Carolina from Midland, Michigan. She ran track and cross country at Central Michigan University where she graduated with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Athletic Coaching. She has been coaching athletes for 15 years ranging in age from 6-76 years old. Stacie is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who loves to share her passion for running and fitness with beginners and veterans alike. Stacie’s free time is spent with the three loves in her life: her husband Dan, their dog Graham... and their 1.5-year-old son, Lukas.
