What is holding you back from starting a regular fitness program? 2008 will be here before we know it and the beginning of a new year is the perfect time to set goals. If your personal goal is to get in shape, then training for your first 5K (3.1 miles) is one of the best ways to reach your goal.

The Fleet Feet Sports No Boundaries 5K training program is designed for beginner runners and people that are currently inactive or minimally active.
The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K. Along the way we’ll give you the information and coaching you need to motivate you and keep you moving, so that even after the race, fitness remains an important part of your daily routine.
As part of the experience, program participants will receive the following:
- A complete 12-week training program and calendar with detailed workouts provided
- One coached training session per week, to be held at Fleet Feet Sports every Saturday
- Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition
- Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
- Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
- Weekly Group Runs available from Fleet Feet Sports
- Special shopping night
- New Balance Technical T-shirt and hat
- The fee for each program is $75 and does not include the race registration fee
- Race day is May 3, 2008, Race for the Cure in Winston-Salem
- First group workout is Saturday, February 9th, 8:00AM
