Training Classifications: How We Train

We have a lot of fun with our training programs, but we also take training for new goals very seriously!  We want you to be as successful as you can!  That is why we have 3 classifications of programs:  FINISH, FOUNDATION, AND FAST.  Each classification is carefully designed to help participants maximize their running experience.   The ultimate goal is to help participants set realistic race day goals and to achieve that goal on race day.
