Meet Your Coach: Emily Davis
Emily's interest in the sport of triathlon began when she saw her husband compete in a triathlon back in 2000.  She began running that week and after two years of putting in lots of miles, decided she was ready to explore the world of triathlon.  Since then Emily has completed Ironman Lake Placid, Eagleman Half Ironman, and White Lake Half Ironman, and numerous olympic and sprint distance races.  She is currently in training for the 2008 Eagleman Half Ironman, her first post-baby triathlon.
