Weekly Wetsuit Rental Fee

~ $10 Non-Refundable deposit due to secure wetsuit reservation
~ Balance of rental fee due at pick-up or by Thursday of Rental Week at the latest

Rental Terms and Conditions

• Rental period is weekly from Tuesday to the following Monday. Failure to return the wetsuit by 7pm that Monday will result in a $10 per day late fee.
• Rental fee must be paid by 7pm on the Thursday of the rental week. Failure to secure your rental by 7pm that Thursday may result in the loss of the wetsuit reservation and forteiture of your deposit.
• You rental fee may be applied towards the purchase of a new wetsuit within 6mos of the rental. Only 1 rental credit will be awarded, regardless of whether or not multiple rentals have been made.
• The wetsuit rental damage/replacement deposit is $270 for the Reaction Long John and $330 for the Reaction Full Suit. You must provide a credit card number at the time of the pick-up for the damage deposit.
• The wetsuit must be returned to Fleet Feet on time and in the same condition in which it was recieved. In the event of loss or damage, Fleet Feet Winston-Salem reserves the right to use all or part of the damage deposit amount to repair or replace the wetsuit.
• After use, please rinse the wetsuit inside and out with clean water to wash off all dirt, sand and other debris. Cleaning instructions will be provided at the time of the rental to ensure proper care. Please abide by all care instructions provided by Fleet Feet. A minimum $10 fee will be assessed if the wetsuit is not sufficiently clean upon return.
• ALL RENTALS ARE FINAL, REGARDLESS OF RACE CANCELLATIONS.
• Fleet Feet staff will certify that the customer has read and understands the entire rental agreement. Both parties will sign to indicate they agree to the rental conditions.
