For the winter season, we are consolidating half marathon training into one group. This will include both foundation and advanced training participants. There is an assumption that participants will have had some experience training with this distance and will have been training regularly in the weeks leading up to the beginning of the program.

Coached workouts: Tuesday nights & Saturday mornings
Additional Training: Wednesday PM We Run Winston group runs
Program Duration: 12 weeks

Goal Race: Training program will peak for a mid-April race, see list below
1st Week mileage: 4 weekly runs for totaling 20+ miles
1st Week longest run: 7-8 miles
