- Training Programs
- Spring No Boundaries (Beginner 5K Training) Beginner 5K training is perfect for folks who want to get into a walking or run/walking routine. Training begins March 20th in preparation for ROCC the 5K on May 13th.
- Spring 10K Training (6.2 Miles) Designed for folks moving up to the 10K distance OR those looking to build speed after a winter of longer distance running. Training begins March 23rd in preparation for Shelton Vineyards 10K on May 20th.
- Triathlon 101 program designed for folks who are just getting started in triathlon training. Swim, bike and run coaching will prepare you will for 36 North Triathlon on May 21st. Training begins March 21st.
Free Group Runs
Wednesday Group Runs will be starting EVERY WEDNESDAY at 6:00PM at Fleet Feet Sports. These are open to all paces and anyone in the community. Come to walk, run or just socialize! Check out details at www.werunwinston.com
