Stacy joined FFFWS as Director of Training Programs in April 2018. She’s originally from Long Island, NY but has been in Winston-Salem for 20+ years, making her a “damn Yankee.” She started running 11 years ago and fell in love with the sport after a few false starts when she attempted to take up running earlier. She has run races of various distances up to marathons, and has done the Ramblin’ Rose triathlon 3 times.
After 20+ years in the legal field, Stacy’s belief in the power of running and exercise led her back to school in pursuit of a new career. Her passion is introducing people to running and helping people attain their running goals. She has found that though running is an individual sport, by taking part you become part of a wonderful community and she is thrilled that her work allows her to spend her days in that community. She loves meeting other runners so be sure to say hello when you see her!
