18 in 2018

Kickstart the New Year with 18 in 2018... for $18!  Prepare your body for a fantastic year of training and racing with a strong month of strength and form work!  Work with Fleet Feet Sports Coaches to help you grow stronger, less vulnerable to injury, and more efficient in your running!

  • Who: Runners of all abilities.  Workouts will be scale-able to accommodate everyone from No Boundaries to Marathon participants.
  • What:  18 workouts in the month of January (starting January 2nd)
  • Where:  Outdoors at Fleet Feet Sports 
  • When:  Throughout the month of January (see schedule below)
  • Cost:  $18

Weekly Schedule for 18 in 2018:

  • Tuesdays from 6-6:45PM:  Strength Workout
  • Wednesdays from 6-6:45PM:  Group Run 
  • Thursdays from 6-6:45PM:  Strength Workout
  • Saturdays from 8-8:45AM:  Speed & Agility Drills

Regardless of your age or fitness background... this is a GREAT way to start your year off STRONG!
