2017 Half & Full Marathon Training

Marathon (26.2 miles):  Go the full distance! Designed for runners who have recently completed a half marathon and are ready to take on the next challenge. Pace groups, speed workouts, and awesome friends on the long run will help you succeed whether it is your first or fifteenth marathon! The kickoff meeting is July 25th at 6pm at Fleet Feet Sports!

Half-Marathon (13.1 miles):  Designed for runners who can comfortably run 5 miles in less than 60 minutes.  The combination of speed and long-distance training in this program will prepare you for a successful first half marathon. The Kick-off meeting is July 25th at 6pm! The kickoff meeting is August 14th at 6pm at Fleet Feet Sports!
