Run/Walk Training Programs
Include coached workouts and educational clinics to help you achieve the distance and prepare you to keep moving long after race day.
No Boundaries Beginner 5K-Morning Session (3.1 miles)
Beginner-level 10 week 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those that are inactive and minimally active. Weekly practices are held from 9:30am-10:30am on Mondays and Thursdays.
Winter No Boundaries
Kickoff Meeting: Thursday, February 2nd at 9:30am
First Practice: Monday, February 6th at 9:30am
Target Race: Hospice Hope 5K on Saturday, April 14th
Spring No Boundaries

Summer No Boundaries
Kickoff Meeting: Thursday, June 14th at 9:30am

10K Training (6.2 miles)
A great next step program for those that have completed our No Boundaries program or can comfortably run 3 miles at the start of the program. Weekly practices will be held on Tuesday nights at 6pm for coached speed workout and Saturdays at 7am for an organized long run.
Spring 10K Training
Kickoff Meeting: Tuesday, April 17th at 7:30pm
First Practice: Saturday, April 21st at 7:00am
Target Race: Freedom Run 10K on Saturday, June 23rd
Half-Marathon (13.1 miles)
Designed for runners who can run 5 miles in less than 60 minutes. This program incorporates distance, speed, and hill work to prepare you for your first half marathon. Weekly Practices are held Tuesdays at 6pm for coached speed workouts and Saturdays at 7am for organized long runs
Winter Half Marathon
Kickoff Meeting: Tuesday, January 3rd at 7:30pm
First Practice: Saturday, January 7th at 7:00am
Target Race: Quintiles Half Marathon on Saturday, March 17th
Fall Half Marathon
Kickoff Meeting: Tuesday, September 4th at 7:30pm
First Practice: Saturday, September 8th at 7:00am
Target Race: Savannah Rock N Roll Half Marathon on November 3rd
Marathon (26.2 miles)
Have you completed a half marathon and still want more? Join us for our marathon training program! You should be able to finish 13 miles at the start of the program.
Fall Marathon
Kickoff Meeting: Tuesday, July 24th at 7:30pm
First Practice: Saturday, July 28th at 7:00am
Target Race: Savannah Rock N Roll Marathon on November 3rd
Include coached workouts and educational clinics to help you achieve the distance in each discipline.
Additional instruction prepares athletes for race rules, regulations, and expectations.
