Beginning in 2012, our training programs will include both certified and non-certified mentors.  This is a new program for 2012, so we will evaluate and evolve as we go, but our desire is that at some point in the future, all active mentors have participated in a Mentor Certification program. 

We will continue to have many “non-certified” mentors who volunteer with our programs.  However, in an effort to enhance the training program experience, our Mentor Certification Program will equip mentors with information that will help them guide particpants throughout the program.

Interested in volunteering with us, but not ready to become a certified mentor?  We still want to have you involved!
