Tri4Women
Tri4Women is a fun-filled and encouraging program designed to help female triathletes complete their first sprint triathlon.
This 6 week, women-only beginner-level triathlon training program is developed to help you complete the Ramblin’ Rose Women-Only triathlon.
- First Practice: Tuesday July 10, 2012
- Kick-off Meeting: Tuesday June 26, 2012
- Practice Schedule: Two practices each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm including educational clinics focusing on bike maintenance, and how to set up your race transition.
- Cost for program: $150 (does not include race registration)
- Partnership with WGW YMCA: Registration includes full membership to the William G. White YMCA and access to childcare (when available) for the duration of the training program.
- Program Includes: 6 week structured training plan, 3 run workouts, 3 group rides, 3 swim clinics, educational clinics, technical training shirt, e-mail access to coaches, and more!
