No Boundaries Beginner 5K (3.1 miles): Award-winning, beginner-level 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those who are inactive to minimally active. 8 week program designed to help you run or walk your first 5K. Morning and Evening programs available.
No Boundaries II 5K Training (3.1 miles): Designed for No Boundaries graduates this program will challenge participants to reach faster 5K times. Track and hill work will be added to the traditional 5K schedule to give participants the next step in training.
10K (6.2 miles): A great next step program for those that have completed our No Boundaries program or can comfortably run 3 miles at the start of the program.
Speed Series: Speed and strength sessions with drill work included to help runners get faster, stronger and more agile. Designed for anyone who can comfortably finish a 5K.
Half-Marathon (13.1 miles): Designed for runners who can comfortably run 5 miles in less than 60 minutes. The combination of speed and long-distance training in this program will prepare you for a successful first half marathon.
Marathon (26.2 miles): Go the full distance! Designed for runners who have recently completed a half marathon and are ready to take on the next challenge.
Triathlon 201: 8 week, beginner-level training designed to prepare participants for first time Open Water Sprint Distance Triathlon.
Tri4Women: 6 week, women-only beginner-level triathlon training program, designed to help you complete the Ramblin’ Rose Women-Only triathlon in August.
Living Fit Series: Check out our 4-week classes offered throughout the year! Enjoy a variety of fitness experiences with the best instructors and trainers in town!
