Cooper River 10K Training

Our winter 10K program is designed as 'foundation' level training (intermediate).  This is run or run/walk training.  There is an assumption that participants will have had some experience with this distance and will have been training regularly in the weeks leading up to the beginning of the program. 

Cost:  $125 (training only)
Cooper River Bridge Run Race Registration:  $35 (includes Cooper River Bridge Run race entry and Fleet Feet VIP experience), available in-store only
Coached Workouts:  Monday and Thursday Nights, 6pm
Additional Training:  Wednesday 6pm We Run Winston Run, and Saturday 8am WRW runs (no coaches)
Program Duration: 8 weeks
Kickoff Meeting: 2/9/19 8:30am in the TEC Room at Fleet Feet
First Workout: 2/11/19 6pm
Goal Race: Cooper River Bridge Run, April 6, 2019
Longest Long Run: 6-8 miles
1st week mileage: 4 weekly runs total 12-16 miles
1st week longest run: 3-4 miles

VIP experience at Cooper River Bridge Run, exclusive for Fleet Feet Running Club participants:
- Fleet Feet-only bad drop & corral at start
- Fleet Feet-only post-race party
