2017 Tri4Women

Did you finish Rambiln' Rose and want MORE?  We know how this works... as soon as you finish your first triathlon you are eager to train for the NEXT!  

Tri4Women II will allow you to continue your training beyond August 20th.  This 4-week program is developed to help you complete the Ramblin' Rose Super Sprint Triathlon at the Huntersville Aquatics Center in Huntersville, NC on Sunday, September 17th.  This 250yd pool swim, 8 mile bike ride, and 2 mile run is the perfect race to help you continue your training beyond August 20th.

Coached Workouts:  Tuesdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 8AM starting August 22nd

  Ramblin' Rose Triathlon Huntersville on September 17th

  $60 (does not include race registration)

What does a Tri4Women participant get in training?

  • 4 week training plan with detailed daily workouts
  • Coached group swim, bike, and run sessions
  • Race Day Prep & Transition Set-up Refresh
  • Oodles of support from dedicated coaches that are driven to help you succeed in your first triathlon
  • Full individual membership to the William G. White, Jr. YMCA

Partnership with WGW YMCA  Registration includes 90 day full membership to the William G. White YMCA (allows access to all area branches).

Training Prerequisite   Must be 18 years or older.  At registration, participants should be able to swim 1 length of the pool and ride 2 miles on a bike.
