*Tuesday 'Eight for Eight': 5:30AM with Stacie. 8 miles, 8 min/mile pace.
*Tuesday 'Beginner Jog': 8:30AM with Emily & Addison. 3-4 miles, walk/run. Baby joggers welcome! Note time change- while it's hot outside!
*Thursday 'Speed Builder': 7PM Track workouts/Hill repeats. Great way to improve your speed!
* One Friday of every month: Run for Your Dinner! Join the Fleet Feet Sports staff for a 4-5 mile run followed by dinner at a Winston-Salem hot spot!
